Also, the branch diversificati on leads to putting some pressure on the organization that eventually exerts pressure on the all the production processes to the supply processes. The hiring of more employees in the organization will make to bring the situation of the company under control. Along with that Chad can also think of taking rent of a cheaper warehouse which will be helpful in some situations to handle the issues of the business. With due course of time, Chad Thomas needs to feel regarding the wholesome amount of money that is needed to make up to in the investment in the total inventory processes. The company also face the situation from the setting of the particular type of equipment in the investment to support the efficiency of production (Wakui et al., 2016).
